Uh Oh...

Er, I'm not really feeling well. In fact I'm feeling like I might be growing feverish (you know how you can sometimes feel it coming?). I am going to bed early in hopes I wake up and feel wonderful and lovely in the morning. Because if not...

PANICPANICPANICPANICPANCIPANICPANIC

What do I do about Harper's birthday party tomorrow night????? I guess cancel it, but oh the horror, she will be devastated. Do I reschedule? Do we just apologize and give the goody bags to her friends anyway?

Let's all hope that I am fretting over nothing, 'mkay?

OH NO!!! I would be panicking, too! I'd say reschedule - push it until next Friday or something if possible? That way you don't have to tell her she's not going to have a party at all, just that it's next week instead. UGH. Terrible timing. I'm so sorry and hope that it's nothing.

Don't panic...it happened to us and we made it through:) My daughter woke with the flu the day of her big tea party. We rescheduled for a week later. To cushion the blow we made it a week of birthday celebration by finding something special to do for her each day. She actually ended up liking the postponment of the party with all the extra attention and anticipation. It turned out great! (All my tears and worry were for naught- we had the already made food and cake for the 4 of us and just remade new stuff the next week:) Hopefully it is NOTHING and it all goes as planned!

Oh no! Sickness always comes at the worst times. Hope you're feeling better today. If not, I'm sorry. What a lousy birthday present for BOTH of you.
