When she opens her gift from Matt and I on Saturday (during our family party) she'll find this:
You should be able to click to enlarge it, but if not, it says, "This certificate is good for one trip to Disney World with Mom and Dad." It also says, "Mickey Mouse is so excited to meet you!"
The box also contains a paper chain of how many days until we go, a Disney autograph book, and a Minnie Mouse Ears headband.
We've been mentally planning this since Matt and I went just over two years ago - all we could talk about most of the time was how much Harper was going to love the place. We made our hotel reservation about a year ago. And now the trip is almost here! Nice birthday gift, huh?

I knew about the surprise, but reading about it makes me SO EXCITED! She will always remember opening that box.

That is soooo much fun! I can't wait to hear about her experience at Disney World. I cannot wait to take Grady someday--maybe we'll be able to go in 2-3 years?
I'm so jealous! I can't wait to take our kids to Disneyworld. But everyone keeps telling me "they have to be at least five to really enjoy and remember it!" They must've told you the same thing, huh?

I have to agree with your Dad, in that I think you might be JUST as excited (or maybe even a tiny bit more so??) than Harper. Which is AWESOME, that you are so thrilled to share this with her. You three will have a wonderful time.
