Lessons on Toddlers

What we've learned:

Supervised arts and crafts are a lot of fun.

Less supervised arts and crafts are also fun, but not always a good idea.

Earlier she was watching a television show during which there was face painting for a birthday party. I should probably have seen that one coming.

These pictures are so cute! She's concentrating so hard, and then sort of rejoicing in her art, then looking so pleased with her results. And then the cute upturned face when she's launched out into face-painting.

I'm sure that's a lesson learned. Cute though.

You have to appreciate that she attempted her own face painting. She's just showing initiative and independence. Such a big girl!

Cute cute cute! Doesn't it kind of make you feel good that she's actually ingesting some of that tv and learning from it? Sometimes I watch Mr. Zombie watching tv and wonder if his brain is melting. I always feel better when he gets something out of it.

So now she knows about face painting!
