Harper's Best Day Ever

Um, hello Internets, where's the love? It's been more than two weeks since I posted and no one has inquired as to whether we're still alive over here... I'm hurt!

I'm breaking my bloggy-silence to share the fact that Harper had her best day ever yesterday because we got to attend Jonah C.'s BIRTHDAY PARTY!

I thought Harper's head was going to explode when we got the invitation. We met up with Jonah and some of his friends and family at a very cool local park that I didn't even know existed. Score.

Jonah's mother gave me permission to tell you that his name is actually Noah B., and said it was cool if I shared some photos so you can all see the happy couple.

Last night Harper paused about every five minutes to tell us how much fun she had. When she went to bed she said she wished every day could be Noah's birthday party.

Ah, young love...

And speaking of love, if you love babies, and who doesn't love babies, please consider a donation to the March for Babies. You can support my fund-raising by clicking the purple box to the right. Less than two weeks to the walk and I've done a pitiful job of inspiring the donations thus far. Yes, I will be asking repeatedly over the next two weeks. If you can't donate, maybe send some good fund raising vibes our way? Thanks!

So glad that Harper had so much fun! The kids are really cute together :) I was wondering what you might be up to but then I thought that maybe with working, blogging had to move down on the list (I know it did for me). Glad that all is well :)

Sorry, we've been so busy with the house, I'm amazed I even keep up with my reader! I think I've lost all my readers in the last couple of weeks, but what can I do? Busy, busy.

I figured you were super busy with your job and everything, but I did miss you!
Glad that Harper had fun--you can put that pic of them on their wedding invitation in 20 years! LOL!

Oh, they are sooooo sweet! And I love the pseudonym you gave him---well done, capturing the spirit of the name!

Donation done. :) One of these years I'm going to walk too - in the meantime I'm donating to many of the bloggers I follow. Good luck in your walk!

(I commented earlier and it doesn't look like it showed up so here I go again...hope it's not a double post)
I've been wondering how you guys were doing but figured you were probably really busy with working and everything else.
Glad Harper had such a great time at the park! I'd love to know where this one is as our favorite thing to do is visit parks in the area!

So cute! I like this one of them playing, I missed all of that. I'm so glad Harper had lots of fun, and with weather like that I wish every day was Noah's b-day too! I was showing Noah the pictures on the blog and I said "who is that?" and he said "Harper...my very best friend...I will love to have a playdate at her house this summer" LOL. Making plans...do they even need us?!?!

BTW...that park is part of Hills and Dales which was recently purchased by Five Rivers Metro Parks, so it's called the White Oak Camp...but there are some really cool walking trails in the other part of the park. They've done a great job improving that area...it's where I grew up so I have a soft spot for that part of Kettering. :)
